Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our sets use standard-size bricks that are compatible with major building block brands, so you can mix them into your existing collection. Customers who have built both tell us the fit and brick types feel comparable. One exception: our Christmas Gingerbread House Courtyard uses 3.6 mm mini bricks, which are not compatible with major brands. If compatibility matters to you, check the product details before ordering.
Our sets currently average between 4.0 and 4.7 stars across our range, and the feedback we hear most often is that the finished builds look beautiful and the bricks feel comparable to big-name brands at a friendlier price. We mold every piece from high-quality ABS plastic with smooth edges and tight-fitting joints. We are honest about the mixed feedback too: some builders find certain sets easy to assemble while others find them challenging, and instructions are picture-based rather than text. If anything is wrong with your set, we will make it right.
Our official website is plaxsoon.org. That is the best place to browse our full range of flower bouquets, building block houses, and seasonal sets.
You can shop our full catalog at plaxsoon.org, and our sets are also available on Amazon, where each product has its own listing with photos, videos, and customer feedback.
We make two main families. Our flower and botanical sets include rose bouquets, champagne white roses with string lights, sunflowers with LED lighting, dahlias, orchids with bird of paradise, moon flower bouquets, green roses, a rose bonsai with pot, and a Starry Night flower wall you can hang or stand up. Our architectural and character sets include the Flower Café House, the Flower Bakery Coffee House, the Venice Main Street kit, a Christmas Gingerbread House Courtyard, and a 3-in-1 flower animal set with a parrot, butterfly, and cat. Piece counts run from around 400 to over 2,100.
No. Our flower sets are built from ABS bricks, so they never need watering, pruning, sunlight, or repotting, and they produce no pollen. Unlike fresh flowers that fade in days, they stay vibrant year after year, which makes them a good fit for apartments, offices, dorms, and desks. A light dusting is all the upkeep they need.
It depends on the set, so it is worth checking before you buy. Our Dahlia Flower set, Orchid Flowers set, Rose Bonsai kit, and Sunflower set all include a matching vase, pot, or display base. Our Flower Bouquet Building Block Set and our Champagne White Rose Bouquet do not include a vase, which lets you pair them with any vase you already own.
Several of our sets include lighting. The Champagne White Rose Bouquet comes with warm string lights, the Sunflower set has built-in LEDs with a decorative base, the Starry Night Flower Wall glows through its blossoms, and the Flower Café House and Flower Bakery Coffee House both light up from inside. The Venice Main Street kit includes three light pieces plus a customizable LED strip, and the Christmas Gingerbread House Courtyard has LEDs with three lighting modes. Batteries are included where required.
Every brick is made from high-quality ABS plastic that is non-toxic, odorless, and color-consistent. We finish the pieces with smooth edges and no burrs or sharp parts, and we print details directly onto the bricks wherever possible so you get lasting detail with minimal or no stickers. The blocks are built for repeated assembly and disassembly without wear.
Age guidance varies by set. Our Flower Bouquet Building Block Set and 3-in-1 animal set suit ages 8 and up, most of our flower bouquets and house kits are rated 12 and up, and the Christmas Gingerbread House Courtyard with its 3.6 mm mini bricks is best for 14 and up. Many families build the larger sets together. If your set arrives with missing or damaged pieces, reach out to us. We include generous spare parts, and customers have told us we responded with replacement parts, a replacement set, or a refund when something went wrong.
